  1. A|B Testing Campaign

    My organization sends a lot of email marketing content to various customers. We advertise a CRM boot camp and we usually will send out a few different emails pertaining to the same offerings, but we use different images and formatting of text. I would like the ability to track the statistics from those emails into Dynamics.

  2. Auto-Sync Solution

    Need ability to access and run a Marketing List Sync via MS Flow and/or CRM Workflow. Ideally, we need a process to automate re-syncing a list when changes are made to membership.

  3. Automatic Remailing

    If a mailblast is sent, the it would be useful to be able to define a time period on which those receipients who have not met a criteria (eg. not opened their email) could be remailed from the same (or follow up) blast automatically.

    If from the same blast, then the same email template would be used.

    If a second blast could be configured at the same time as the initial blast, and then referenced for follow up within that initial blast, then a different 'reminder' template email could be sent from the follow up blast.

  4. Powermailchimp Profile Update Activity

    We are a charity organization and we send out different types of monthly newsletters to supporters based on their preferences and these preferences are set up as flags in CRM. Marketing list are created based on that information. The issue we have is when a supporter update their profile (or email preference) via mailchimp, these information is not feed back into CRM, but only removed in mailchimp Tags. At the moment, we have do manual reconciliation by referring to these Tags in mailchimp to check if a user has removed him/herself from a certain profile and update the flags accordingly.…

    Got it, I will present this with our developers and confirm if this is already possible or if PowerMailChimp could be enhanced to the suggested idea.


    Regarding PowerAutomate and Flow, I will check with my team if this possible. 


    We are currently faced with a high volume of ideas and suggestions for product enhancements please allow 24hr for the reply. We will get this added to our backlog if the idea is something we can support and we will update you as soon as possible.

  5. Hard bounce and soft bounce

    Would it, please, be possible to divide the hard bounce and soft bounce data from MailChimp and also to track the information about hard bounce with the contact, so as to be possible to filter them out from marketing list next time sending the new blast?

    This is currently an option available in PowerMailChimp.


    Link to the user guide below for further details and information regarding bounces appearing on the activity log under the Dashboard tab of the PowerMailChimp blast record in your Dynamics 365 CRM system and how that's linked and updated on the account, contact, or lead record as well.

    I recommend checking if the statistics are syncing to your Dynamics 365 system.


    From the User Guide:


    "Dynamics CRM will first synchronize the statistics one hour after the blast has been sent. After the initial data synchronization, the data will be synced at the following intervals:

    • Once per hour, for the first 72 hours after the blast is sent.
    • Once per day, days 3 - 6 after the blast is sent.
    • Once per week, weeks 2 - 4 after the blast is sent."

  6. URL shown in the click action

    It should be possible to see the specific URL, that the recepient of a blast have clicked at. Currently it is only possible to that they have clicked but not where.
    If the URL was available in the click action we would be able to set up nuture flows based on which URL the user clicked at. Mailchimp register this information so it should be able to add to the data.

  7. unsubscribes sync into crm

    We love the sync feature of PowerMailChimp (but does not use the blast feature - here we turn directly to Mailchimp)

    But when a contact in MC unsubscribes, we would like to create i.e. an unsubscribe task linked to the Contact, so we could trigger a flow for unchecking things in CRM.

    Got it, this makes sense, thank you for clarifying.

    I don't believe this can be possible due to possible limitations regarding the user's CRM system and MailChimp or MailChimp limitation with our PowerMailChimp add-on. I will confirm with my developers if this is possible and what the limitations are.

  8. Sending a MailChimp campaign from PowerMailChimp, not just templates

    We want to be able to create and save emails in MailChimp as MailChimp campaigns, so that they are filed sensibly in MailChimp and don't clutter up the templates list. But we can only send things saved as templates. This is strange and annoying. Please could you fix it.

  9. Quick Send Solution

    Enable feature to allow user to send emails to one Lead or Contact with fewer steps (ClickDimensions has this feature), e.g.:

    1. From Contact or Lead, click "Quick MailChimp" button

    2. Pop-up box allows user to select MC Audience and MC Template and fill in Subject Line and From address (defaults to current user).

    3. User clicks "Send" and approves sending the message.

    4 Background process creates the associated Marketing List and Blast records, and sends the message.

  10. To inform the users about the last PMCh solution update automatically.

    Hi all, I suggest, that the information about the last PowerMailChimp solution availability is sent by e-mail to all the users whenever released. We have just found out some feature was not working for us, because not having upgraded to the last solution. Or please, let me know how to set up such a reminder?

    This currently is an option available. In the PowerMailChimp configuration > Profile tab


    There are three check boxes to indicate if you like to received communication with us this includes our monthly news letters that will notify you of recent PowerPack solution updates available.

  11. Send emails in batches

    Ability to send emails in batches (for example send in 5 batches every 30 mins) so that we don't have to email our whole database at once and risk crashing our website.

  12. Clone blast does not have Command and Nav bar.

    When creating a new blast by clicking ‘clone blast’, a new tab pops up that has no command bar, nor nav bar. So I have to exit the page and reopen the blast to send a test, or edit the url to cmdbar=true
    See url: cmdbar=false&navbar=off&newWindow=true&pagetype=entityrecord.

    Can this be fixed so that the command bar appears with a new cloned blast? Thank you.

  14. Consolidate Tabs on Power Mailchimp Blast

    Due to the layout changes in the UCI there are a large number of tabs with a limited number of fields. I suggest using sections for some items instead of Tabs.

    I would suggest consolidating the following tabs into the General Tab, which would give the user the ability to create the blast on the general tab instead of navigating to multiple tabs.

    Associate Marketing List Tab
    Email Contents Tab
    Email Tracking Tab
    Advanced Tracking Tab

    I would also suggest consolidating the Status, Statistics Management and Maintenance Tab into 1 tab as most of these fields are…

  15. Add ability to set time zone

    We have been told that we can't create scheduled emails in PowerMailChimp because we are in the UK so the time zone information is not saved correctly. Is this true? If so, please could you make it possible to schedule emails from different time zones.

  17. Allow Form Editing

    CRM Power MailChimp Blast Form appears to be locked for editing. I would like ability as Admin to move fields etc. so I can put all the fields our Users need on one tab.

    Thank you for your suggestion! The actual content of the email blast is created/edited inside the 3rd party MailChimp platform. Can you please provide more information on where you would like to see this table.

  19. Automatic email feature uisng PowerMailChimp

    It would be great or helpful if we could use PowerMailChimp for sending out automatic emails (Birthday for ex). Unfortunately, the answer to this question, is no. PowerMailChimp is designed for bulk emailing, not for sending to individual contacts. PowerMailChimp allows you to send the blast “now” or schedule the blast for later. However, it does not have the ability to trigger a workflow to send out a blast at a specific date, for a specific person. Instead of triggering if we could have an extra feature that would send out event based emails.
