Auto-Sync Solution
Need ability to access and run a Marketing List Sync via MS Flow and/or CRM Workflow. Ideally, we need a process to automate re-syncing a list when changes are made to membership.

Hard bounce and soft bounce
Would it, please, be possible to divide the hard bounce and soft bounce data from MailChimp and also to track the information about hard bounce with the contact, so as to be possible to filter them out from marketing list next time sending the new blast?

This is currently an option available in PowerMailChimp.
Link to the user guide below for further details and information regarding bounces appearing on the activity log under the Dashboard tab of the PowerMailChimp blast record in your Dynamics 365 CRM system and how that's linked and updated on the account, contact, or lead record as well.

I recommend checking if the statistics are syncing to your Dynamics 365 system.
From the User Guide:
"Dynamics CRM will first synchronize the statistics one hour after the blast has been sent. After the initial data synchronization, the data will be synced at the following intervals:
- Once per hour, for the first 72 hours after the blast is sent.
- Once per day, days 3 - 6 after the blast is sent.
- Once per week, weeks 2 - 4 after the blast is sent."

URL shown in the click action
It should be possible to see the specific URL, that the recepient of a blast have clicked at. Currently it is only possible to that they have clicked but not where.
If the URL was available in the click action we would be able to set up nuture flows based on which URL the user clicked at. Mailchimp register this information so it should be able to add to the data.2 votesThank you for posting the idea, if you refer to our user guide:

PowerMailChimp already tracks the URL links clicked on when opening the email.
If this is not the case for you I suggest creating a case to speak with our PowerPack Pros for further support.

To inform the users about the last PMCh solution update automatically.
Hi all, I suggest, that the information about the last PowerMailChimp solution availability is sent by e-mail to all the users whenever released. We have just found out some feature was not working for us, because not having upgraded to the last solution. Or please, let me know how to set up such a reminder?

This currently is an option available. In the PowerMailChimp configuration > Profile tab
There are three check boxes to indicate if you like to received communication with us this includes our monthly news letters that will notify you of recent PowerPack solution updates available.
