Since the powerapproval web resource is configured per record there is no way to to select multiple records to approve a singular step. As an end user I would like to be able to select multiple records to edit within a view so that I can bulk approve a singular step rather then having to go into the web resource on each individual record.17 votes
Thank you for providing that feedback. We will continue to monitor this suggestion.
Allow the ability to have a multi step approval process where the approvers are defined by user Lookup fields on the entity, not just a defined user. Also expanding to include the manager of the user lookup field. Expanding the availability of types of approvers would allow for more robust approval processes.1 voteAdminPowerPack Pro (Admin, PowerObjects) responded
Thank you for your suggestion Jennifer! I agree expanding the availability of types of approvers would allow a more user friendly approval process.
When users are mobile and need to submit a time-critical approval request, there is no way to do this using the Dynamics app on a tablet. The user has to switch over to use the browser on the tablet to log on to complete the process. They will also have to switch between apps to view the approver and other details of an already approved request.
Currently using the iPad with specs recommended by Microsoft for use with the Dynamics app.1 vote
