As a CRM user, I want a method that allows me to add one Hashtag to multiple CRM records without having to individually add the hashtag to each record. Currently, users can create a hashtag by navigating to the hashtag web resource on the form and typing in the name of a word, which produces a hashtag. There should be a way to select multiple records so that I can add one hashtag to more than one record at a time.2 votes
In CRM you can choose to deactivate a connection when it is no longer needed, this provides users the ability to see past connection and have a historical overview. When a tag is removed in PowerHashTag, the connection is being deleted, meaning we lose the ability to see the history of what tags had been used on a record. It would be a helpful enhancement to either deactivate rather than delete or in the PowerPack set up allow the organization to choose what happens when a tag is removed.1 vote

This is a current feature if you perform an advanced find for PowerHastTag it gives us the option to see all created active and inactive hash tags.
