The idea here would be to remove the friction of customers submitting survey responses. For example, if the only response was a 1-5 rating for customer satisfaction, allow to quickly embed that single question into an email or an email signature. When you are in CRM, you are only able to fill out a survey one time. If you select the "Fill out Survey" on the record and select the same survey, this is not possible. I have a use case where we are submitting a survey for requests on a Case. We have the need for multiple requests, but can only fill out one. Please Help!1 vote
