Add the ability to map survey response data through to set record fields in the designer
At the moment, there is no straightforward way to map through survey response data to fields on the regarding record of the survey activity. Right now, users must build a workflow with conditional checks for every question that is asked on a survey, and then the user must know the schema name of the field for the entity they want to update. This current setup places an undue burden on the user by adding a time-consuming workflow build out and having to cross-reference field schema names from a solution in addition to building out the survey in the designer.
In cases where a user wants to roll a survey response up to a field on the survey activity's regarding record, it would be better to have a feature where the user can define this in the field settings of the survey designer itself. That way the user would have quick access to the relevant fields they may want to update without leaving the designer, and that also means that if a survey needs to be changed/updated, the user can make all the changes they need right in the designer without then also having to find a workflow to update separately.

This is a great idea. Currently, this is possible with our add-on within the CRM system. We are looking into this further and we are documenting this process. We will update when that is available.
