  2. Provide DID or DNIS to show Number Called TO

    Expose in D365 the number the caller called TO - usually referred to as DNIS or DID - helps to track marketing campaigns

  3. Have incoming call pop open matched record in new UCI

    Currently when im using a V9 PowerCTI solution any incoming calls are being popped in the old legacy interface, and not popping records in the new UCI. My call center team is only working in the new UCI so they are unable to access the records. Are there any plans to enhancement this PowerPack so that it can pop records in the new UCI.

    All of our PowerPacks have V9 versions of the solutions available on our website. The V9 solutions contain UCI components.

    One of those components is app aware functionality. When an incoming call is matched a related record should pop open in the new UCI. We will review this request.

  4. Set regarding on phone call activity record

    When my call center team is answering phone calls we are using the popped phone activity record feature. When a phone call activity is popped, if a related record is found in the system, it should automatically populate the regarding of the phone call activity so the user doesn't have to do it.
