All of our PowerPacks have V9 versions of the solutions available on our website. The V9 solutions contain UCI components.
One of those components is app aware functionality. When an incoming call is matched a related record should pop open in the new UCI. We will review this request.

PowerMap is a web resource that can be configured on a mobile device. We do not regression test PowerPacks on mobile platforms, but most PowerPacks should work just fine.

Our team has been doing some research on additional radius options and creating territories in PowerMap.
We will make sure to provide updates as we continue researching. In the mean time keep voting on other ideas!
